Terms of Use

1. Your use of Hailerz

By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these terms and to the Hub Guidelines. Use of the platform is at your own risk and is provided on an 'as is' basis.

2. Accounts and eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity on your account.

3. Orders and payments

Hailerz acts as an escrow agent to secure funds for orders. Brands pay upfront via our payment provider (Paystack). Funds are securely held in escrow until the video is approved or the dispute period ends, at which point creators are paid out. Disputes are resolved under the process described in the Trust Center.

4. Creator representation

Creators are independent professionals, not employees of Hailerz. Portfolios, profiles, and claims are the responsibility of each creator, and may be removed if found to be inaccurate.

5. Prohibited conduct

You may not use the platform to misrepresent yourself, solicit payments outside an agreed order, harass members, infringe intellectual property, or engage in activity that violates applicable law.

6. Fees and payouts

Hailerz commits to 100% payouts for creators on standard UGC orders (e.g. ₦10,000 per video). We do not charge creators any hidden platform fees. Brands may be charged processing fees by our payment provider at checkout. We aim to keep pricing transparent and will notify you of any changes in advance.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hailerz is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms. You may close your account at any time from your profile settings; amounts due for completed work remain payable.
