Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

We collect the information you provide when you create an account or use the platform - such as your name, email, and portfolio content - plus standard usage data to keep the service reliable.

2. How we use it

Your data is used to operate the platform, provide support, prevent fraud, and improve our services. We do not sell personal data.

3. Payments and security

The platform does not store payment, card or bank details. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and access is limited to staff who need it to do their jobs.

4. Sharing

We share data only with service providers who help run Hailerz, or where required by law. Creator contact details are shared with brands only after an order is confirmed.

5. Your choices

You can access, correct, export, or delete your personal data from your profile settings, or by contacting support@hailerz.com. Requests are processed within 30 days.

6. Retention

We keep data for as long as your account is active, and for a limited period afterward where required for legal, tax, or dispute-resolution purposes.

7. Contact

Questions about this policy can be sent to privacy@hailerz.com. We will respond as soon as possible and typically within 5 business days.
