How we keep Hailerz a place people want to be.

Be respectful

Treat every member as a professional. Harassment, hate speech, and discrimination are grounds for removal.

No spam or scams

No unsolicited sales pitches or fake profiles. Payments are arranged by bank transfer between parties and tracked on Hailerz - never ask anyone to pay outside a confirmed order.

Show your real work

Your portfolio should reflect work you actually did. Misrepresenting credits or media is treated seriously.

Respect intellectual property

Only upload content you own or are licensed to use. Respect creator credits and usage agreements.

Keep the hub safe

Report safety concerns - don't confront. Use in-app reporting for misconduct, and our team reviews every report within 48 hours.

Play fair on challenges

One entry per person per challenge. Vote manipulation or multiple accounts leads to disqualification.
