Welcome to Hailerz. By using our site and browsing our talent, you're agreeing to these terms. They're here to keep things clear and professional for everyone involved.

1. What we do

We're a booking agency. Our job is to introduce you to the right artists, manage the negotiations, and handle the contracts. While we personally interview and vet everyone on our talent, the artist is ultimately responsible for their performance on the day of the event.

2. Your account

Whether you're booking talent or you're an artist yourself, please keep your information accurate and up to date. We reserve the right to close accounts that don't meet our standards of professional conduct.

Talent Attendance & No-Show Policy

Professionalism is at the core of Hailerz. Artists are expected to attend all confirmed bookings. In the event of a "No Show" (failure to attend a booking without valid reason), the event will be flagged. If an artist receives **three (3) No-Show reports within a rolling 12-month period**, their profile will be automatically **frozen**. A frozen profile remains viewable on the platform for portfolio purposes but is disabled for all new booking inquiries. Artists may appeal a frozen status by contacting our administration.

3. How bookings work

Sending an inquiry through the site doesn't mean an artist is booked. A booking is only official once both parties have signed a formal contract and the initial deposit has been paid.

4. Copyright & Content

All photos and videos of artists on this site belong to the artists themselves or to the Agency. Please don't use these assets for your own marketing or commercial purposes without getting permission first.

5. Legal Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA. Any legal issues that can't be resolved through talk will be handled in the appropriate courts located in New York County.
